Aisha Hinds is an American actress who is best known for playing roles in the television shows The Shield and True Blood. She has proven her versatility since 2003 by delivering outstanding performances on TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1, 1-8-7 as well as Under the Dome. Anna's character on Assault on Precinct 13 was her debut big breakthrough. The film was primarily for her portrayal of women's liberation activist Fannie Louis Hamer, in the documentary film All the Way, which gave her the respect she earned as an actress. Hind was also acknowledged for her role as Harriet Tubman in WGN America's time-travel drama series Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television has renewed the series for the third season. In the following years, she was praised for her part in Chokher Bal (2003) the intense film based on the novel of Rabindranathtagore. The that same year, she got appointed as the first Indian actress on the Cannes Film Festival Jury. Bachchan was in Gurinder Chedha's Bride and Prejudice. This ballet-based musical reimagining of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice is directed by Gurinder. Bachchan has brought her fame and beauty to her most acclaimed English film. She came back to Bollywood to make the cult Dhoom: 2 (2006) prior to releasing Provoked The Story of Provoked True Story (2006) in English. Abhishek Bachchan is an Bollywood celebrity and a frequent co-star. The actor is also the father of Amitabh Bachchan.
